Proxy Guard

Skyen Systems ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Proxy Guard mobile application ("Proxy Guard" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

Proxy Guard does not require you to create an account, sign in with email, or provide a password. Premium access is tied to your Apple App Store or Google Play account on your device, not to a separate Proxy Guard profile.

Depending on how you use Proxy Guard, we may collect:

• Device identifier: an anonymous device ID generated on your device to manage VPN configuration, subscription entitlement, and device limits for Premium plans.
• Subscription data: hashed store purchase identifiers, product ID (e.g. premium_weekly, premium_monthly, premium_yearly), renewal and expiry dates, and platform (iOS or Android). We do not receive your full payment card details — billing is handled by Apple or Google.
• VPN service data: server region selection and technical data needed to issue and manage WireGuard VPN configurations (such as assigned client addresses and peer keys). This is required to establish your VPN connection.
• App settings: preferences you configure in the App (such as auto-connect or kill switch), stored locally on your device.
• Support communications: information you voluntarily provide when contacting us (such as device model, OS version, and description of your issue).

• Provide VPN connectivity and server selection.
• Validate and manage Premium subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
• Enforce device limits and restore purchases on supported devices.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the App.
• Respond to support and data-deletion requests.

We use trusted third parties to operate Proxy Guard:

• Google Firebase — cloud database (Firestore) and cloud functions used for subscription validation and VPN configuration management. See Firebase Privacy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase and subscription billing. Payment and refund policies are governed by Apple or Google.
• WireGuard — open-source VPN protocol used to encrypt your connection. See wireguard.com.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Subscription entitlement records and VPN configuration metadata are stored in Firebase for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Local app data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data. You may request deletion of backend records associated with your device — see Data Deletion.

7. Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Internet and network — required to connect to VPN servers and validate subscriptions.
• VPN / network extension — required to establish the encrypted VPN tunnel on your device.

8. Children's Privacy

Proxy Guard is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for communication with our servers, WireGuard encryption for VPN traffic, and Firebase security rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers and VPN infrastructure operate, including the United States. We take steps to protect your information in line with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
