Proxy Guard

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Proxy Guard application ("App") provided by Skyen Systems ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Proxy Guard. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Proxy Guard provides:

• Encrypted VPN connectivity using the WireGuard protocol.
• Server location selection across our global network.
• Optional Premium subscription features (faster servers, additional locations, and related benefits described in the App).
• Connection tools such as auto-connect and kill switch where supported on your device.

VPN availability, speed, and server locations may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and maintenance. WireGuard VPN is currently supported on Android; support on other platforms may be added over time.

You agree not to:

• Use the App or VPN service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws, including copyright infringement, fraud, harassment, or distribution of malware.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the App or its infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or redistribute VPN access credentials or configurations.
• Circumvent subscription limits, device limits, or other access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. No User Accounts

Proxy Guard does not require you to create a separate account. Premium entitlement is linked to your Apple App Store or Google Play account on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to that store account.

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (product IDs premium_weekly, premium_monthly, and premium_yearly). Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase and may vary by region and store.

Use Restore Purchase in the App if you reinstall or switch devices and need to recover Premium access tied to the same store account.

6. VPN Service Disclaimers

THE VPN SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, specific speeds, or availability of any server location. VPN use may be restricted or blocked by third-party networks, ISPs, or local regulations. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Skyen Systems or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYEN SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR VPN SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Skyen Systems operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country may still apply.
